Document Authentication Process In Tenders Of Gail (India) Limited
GAIL (India) Limited has introduced a new system for authentication of Technical Bid Evaluation Criteria (BEC) documents. Now the verification and certification of documents pertaining to Technical BEC for tenders (above a threshold value) shall be carried out by any one of the following independent third party inspection agency:
- Société Générale de Surveillance (SGS)
- Gulf Lloyds Industrial Services (India) Pvt. Ltd (GLISPL)
- International Certification Services (ICS)
- Bureau Veritas (Ind.) Pvt. Ltd (BVIS)
- DNV GL
- TUV Rheinland (India) Pvt. Ltd.
- TÜV SÜD South Asia Pvt. Ltd.
- TUV India Pvt. Ltd. (TÜV Nord Group)
- Intertek India Pvt. Ltd.
- Moody International (India) Pvt. Ltd.
- RINA India Pvt. Ltd.
- Tata Projects Ltd.
- Competent Inspectorate and Consultants LLP
- ABS Industrial Verification (India) Pvt. Ltd.
It shall be the responsibility of the bidder to approach these agencies and get the documents pertaining to Technical BEC verified & certified.
Further, TPIA will provide in addition a certificate toward verification and certification of documents pertaining to Technical Bid Evaluation Criteria (BEC) as per proforma attached at Annexure-I to bidder and the same will be submitted by bidder in their bid.
The verified and certified documents along with certificate from TPIA need to be submitted in the bid. All the charges of the Third party for verification and certification shall be borne by the Bidder.
Above provisions regarding verification and certification of Technical BEC documents shall be mentioned in the respective Tender Documents (wherever such provisions are applicable).

We have signed and stamped on the copies of all the verified and certified documents.
