- LNG sourcing from Sabine Pass and a long-term tolling agreement with Cove Point strengthen the global portfolio.
- GAIL Global (USA) Inc. (GGUI) is the wholly owned subsidiary in Houston formed for strategic investments.
- GGULL manages liquefaction capacity, gas sourcing, transport, and LNG sales linked to Cove Point.
